Israel has told the United Nations and other aid groups planning for the rebuilding they must apply for project-by-project Israeli approval and provide guarantees none of the work will benefit Hamas. (Reuters)
And we can be pretty sure that all U.N agencies and Western countries are going to abide by these rules.
Is Israel still the occupying power? Evidently. Than why are Israeli authorities not prosecuted not only for the destruction of Gaza and the war crimes committed by for the failure to guarantee basic necessities and living conditions?
